The Carters Jay-Z and Beyonce carried a heavily bundled baby Blue Ivy out into the world for the first time ... hitting up Sant Ambroeus in the West Village for a little lunch today. Check out the pics below:.............




Bey rocked her black sneakers while carrying their precious cargo. And come on it was somewhere around 30 - 40 degrees in New York, so don't expect to see baby Blue anytime soon! Plus Jay-Z, as usual had security guards remained extra close as the family headed to the West Village for lunch at Sant Ambroeus Restaurant.  
Beyoncé isn't letting her being a mom slow her down--she has already got two new projects in the works (including a new album) and just released a preview of House of Dereon's Spring 2012 collection.  
So baby blue, you need to crawl before you ball.
