Finally ready to declare their love for one another, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are officially engaged to be married!
Following rumors of a planned walk down the aisle sparked by their jeweler, the "Mr and Mrs Smith" co-star couple's manager confirmed the news yesterday afternoon (April 13). More details below....................
Of the left hand bling Jolie sported during her Wednesday outing at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's Chinese Galleries private viewing, a rep for the jewelery told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement, “I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt."
Meanwhile, Pitt made mention of walking down the aisle earlier this year, divulging that his children have long pressured the pair to take the plunge.
"It means something to [the kids]. We will someday, we will. It’s a great idea. ‘Get mommy a ring.’ ‘OK, I will, I will,’” he told CBS News in an interview.
At the current time, no date for their walk down the aisle has been set - though it will no doubt be quite the spectacle when it does occur.
