Diggy Simmons CLAIMING He's One Of The Last Real Rappers!

Lil Rapper Diggy Simmons is saying that he is "one of the last real rappers around," describing his lyrical content as he feels he is making Hip-Hop proud.
The 17-year-old released his debut album Unexpected Arrival last month, and while he has impressed some fans, older hip-hop heads are having a hard time taking him seriously. However, Diggy says he is fully condfident with his rapping abilities and believes that he is one of the best lyricists in the game.
"I mean, I personally just think I am. Lyrically, my content, subject matter, just everything that I’m about makes me feel that I am," Diggy replied when asked by Hip-HopDX about the track on his album in which he makes the bold claim.
"And it’s not coming from a cocky place or anything; it’s just the way that I feel about myself. And I feel like that’s how everybody should be: not look for approval from others to feel as though they can be or do whatever it is that they want to do."
Diggy recently released a diss track against J. Cole - who has been branded rap's saviour - hitting back at claims that he slept with his older sister Vanessa. Despite sinking to the low of a diss track, Diggy says that he "wants to make hip-hop proud" by leaving a legacy.
"You have to have that belief in yourself before the rest of the world is gonna have it. So I feel as though I’m an emcee and I just wanna give Hip Hop something to be proud of."
