Eva Longoria's ex-husband Tony Parker just filed a $20 million lawsuit over the Chris Brown and Drake fight which left him injured.
The San Antonio Spurs player was in attendance at New York's W.i.P. nightclub earlier this month, which the baller suffered a retina injury after getting glass from a bottle into his eye. More details below..............

Tony has filed a lawsuit against the nightclub as the operators "were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two."The New York Post reports that:
Tony will now have to miss a week's worth of practice after his injury became worse.Neither Chris nor Drake are named in the legal documents. The nightclub has now been closed for being in violation of a series of rules during the fight.
