We recently reported that former Miami Dolphin baller Chad Johnson might not be doing jail time for headbutting his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. 

Now, the baller has pleaded "No Contest" to his 'Misdemeanor Domestic Battery Charge' against his ex-wife while being put on Probation for one-year with counselling by a Judge in Florida. 
According to FreddyO, prosecutors told the court that Lozada did not want her ex-husband to face jail time.

'She did not wish to proceed with the prosecution and certainly did not wish that Mr. Johnson be incarcerated as a result of this incident."

However, Chad's plea deal and 'no contest' prohibits him from contacting Ev in any way or form. Check out the video below:
