Yesterday, reality star Kim Kardashian celebrated her 32nd birthday a little early with her beau Kanye West in Rome. Where the couple was photographed sharing a passionate kiss over a romantic dinner at ll Bolognese.

Plus, according to reports, Kim isn't quite over her ex-Reggie Bush and was stressed out about him having a baby with his now girlfriend Lilit. So maybe this short trip to Italy might ease stress she's going through.
