Meet Kevin Clash's "Voice Of Elmo" Second Accuser, Cecil Singleton!

Puppeteer Kevin Clash "voice of Elmo" second accuser has been identified as 24 year-old college student Cecil Singleton, who is now giving details about his relationship with Mr. Clash and is still suing for $5 Million.
According to Cecil, "I never had a sexual relationship with Clash. It was more of a groping, intense kissing, dry-humping and masturbation session with the comedian, while he was 15 years-old. And didn't begin sexual until he was of age"

According to reports: Sex with a person under 17 is a felony in the State of New York, if the perpetrator is 21 or older. Singleton said he didn’t know Clash’s profession until years later, when he Googled Clash's name.
