Mel B Back In Court After Australian Paparazzi Threatened Her & Hubby Stephen Belafonte!

Yesterday afternoon, 37 year-old "Spice Girl" Mel B was spotted leaving Waverley Local Court House in Sydney Australia. While rocking a curve-enhancing cream dress with very high stilettos.

According to the Dailymail, "Although appearing in court was no doubt relatively stressful, the star didn't give away any hint of anxiety, chatting away on her mobile phone before talking to law enforcement officers inside the Waverley Local Court."

The mother of three was in court to seek an extension to an interim apprehended violence against Australian paparazzo Jamie Fawcett. After Mel and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, took out the order against the celebrity snapper in October who allegedly "Threatened and Intimidated" the couple while they were enjoying a day of Kayaking on the Sydney Harbor.


And although neither party had a direct role to play in the proceedings, both ensured they turned out for the hearing, which lasted less than five minutes.
