Frank Ocean Ready To "Tie The Knot" With Model Beau Willy Cartier!

Since his recent coming out, Frank Ocean seems to be finding himself each day and in the process, the R&B singer have stumbled upon a new found love with french model Willy Cartier.


On Sunday night, Frank tweeted, "Marry em, Make him American," which had Twitter peeps going craze and wondering if the singer is ready for matrimony!
