Despite turning down a $3 Million offer for the first exclusive photo of her and Kanye West's unborn child, pregnant reality star Kim Kardashian was spotted out earlier today, entering a local Miami restaurant with her bestie Jonathan Cheban.

And after grabbing lunch, the duo then stopped by a nearby Dry Cleaner before heading back to their Miami hotel.
