"Love & Hip Hop: NY" Yandi Smith's Baby Daddy GOES TO COURT For Impregnating A 15 Year-old Girl!

Just when you thought "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" Kirk Frost was the only one accused of being a child molester on the show, "LAHH" Yandi Smith's baby daddy, Mendeecees Harris, has reportedly impregnate a 15 year-old girl (who is now 17), while he was in Lodi!
Here's what the email received by HSK, had to say about the 34 year-old reality star going to court today:
Jury selection began Wednesday in Hackensack for the trial of a hip-hop reality TV star accused of molesting an underage girl in Lodi two years ago.
Bergen County prosecutors allege that Harris asked for and received oral sex from the girl and fondled her on various occasions between September 2009 and April 2010. He was arrested later that year and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Harris remains free without bail. He was not present in state Superior Court in Hackensack during jury selection Wednesday. Court officials expect to have a full panel of jurors by Thursday, and attorneys are scheduled to make opening remarks on Jan. 29.
“Love and Hip Hop” debuted in 2011, with the third season premiering this week. The show’s website on VH1 describes Harris as “a well-known name throughout New York City.”
“Through the years he has been concentrating on his real estate endeavors, but now is focused on building an empire in the music industry,” reads his biography.Harris faces various charges for performing various sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl and inappropriately touching her at his former home in Lodi.
Harris owns Beat Factory studio in The Bronx and manages several New York City-based rappers, according to the biography.

DeleteI know a young lady that is only 16yrs old and has the body of a grown woman,dresses like a stripper & lies about her age ! Her parents are fully aware of her behavior . It is our responsibility as parents to keep tabs on our children ... I'm not justifying his actions at all !! I believe we need to make sure our children look & behave as children.

I feel sorry for yandi and the kids.... but hey some lil girls these days to fuckin grown.. how we know she didn't look older and lied bout her age..... n got mad cause he didn't wife her,, or her mother may have got him in trouble.. this is life ppl do shit just because... anyway who cares.. tht girl let tht shit happen for one whole yr... so who didn't like it....bullshit
