Miguel FALLS OFF Stage While Performing "Adorn" In London! [Video]

Over the weekend, R&B singer Miguel was scheduled to perform at the HMV Forum in London. And during his performance, the "Adorn" singer sort of miss the stage curve (once again) and fell into the crowd.
