According to the HollywoodStreetKing, the incident happened on December 29th, after the boy, Shilo Sanders, ran more than a half of mile away from Pilar's residents to a Celina, Texas Sherwin-Williams Paint business.

Sources say Shilo was clearly distraught as he informed the store's manager he was choked by his 39 year-old mother, in which the sources say cops were called to the store, filed a "report of incident" and released the boy into Deion's custody.

Here's what an insider had to say about the incident:

“The kid was in bad shape. We only found out he was Deion Sanders’ son after the kid asked the store manager to call his dad. The store manager called Mr. Sanders, who showed up moments later. I guess Mr. Sanders told the manager to call the cops, because when he got off the phone with Mr Sanders, that’s what he did. When the cops showed up, they advised the kid to leave with his dad.” 

This isn’t the first time Pilar Sanders has been blamed for child abuse. That’s why sources say a court order is currently in place, forbidding her from “putting her hands on her kids”.
