ISH GOT REAL: Chris Brown Facing JAIL TIME.. D.A Moves To Violate Parole!

23 year-old Chris Brown is currently facing jail time, as a L.A. County District Attorney has filled legal documents claiming the singer has violated his probation by submitting fraudulent community service records.
TMZ reports, the attorney is alleging in the legal docs Chris may lied when he claimed he had performed all of his community service in connection with the beating case of now girlfriend Rihanna.
Chief of Police in Richmond, VA, Bryan T. Norwood,-- wrote a letter to the judge on September 14th, claiming Brown successfully completed 202 days of community service after he was only required to perform 180 days.
Norwood attached the docs showing that Brown frequently worked at Tappahannock Children's Center -- a place where Brown's mom, Joyce, was once a director-- and worked washing floors, painting windows, cutting grass and picking up trash.
However, the judge became suspicious when the documents was filed, and sources are saying the D.A began investigating and found no 'credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that the singer did the 180 days of community service, because he was said to be out of the country doing concerts.
The D.A now calls Chris' documentation "at best sloppy...and at worst fraudulent reporting," --and is asking the Judge to reject Chris' alleged Virginia community service and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County Jail.
