Tony Parker Updates His $20 Mil Lawsuit Against Chris Brown + Frank Ocean's Producer Gives Details About The Parking Lot Brawl!

Wait, I thought that lawsuit was dropped and over with??

Anyhow, San Antonio Spurs baller Tony Parker just updated his $20 million lawsuit against Chris Brown after he was injured during the Greenhouse brawl in NYC involving Brown and Drake last year.

Parker has added Frank Ocean and Breezy's parking lot brawl outside Westlake studio in Los Angeles hoping to prove that the singer is a trouble maker who should have never been let inside the Greenhouse nightclub in the first place.

And even though it seems like Tony is trying to build a case against the "Fortune" singer, who is currently on probation, he also added Chris' 2009 assault on Rihanna to his motive.

WOW!!

Also,

Frank Ocean's music producer, Michael Uzowuru, recently shared details about Chris and Ocean's parking lot throw down on his formspring blog, where he claims Brown is disturbed and needs help.

According to TMZ, Uzowuru claims he saw the whole incident-- confirms the fight started over a parking space. He says that he, Frank and a guy named Chito arrived at the Los Angeles Westlake Studios that night to record, when they saw an orange Lambo parked in the spot labeled "Frank."

Michael says they told the front desk to move the car and were informed it belonged to Chris Brown. He says Chris came out 10 minutes later with a "big dude" and a "skinnier dude"-- and when Frank told the singer, "You parked in my spot, move"... that's when it all went down.

He then added:
"The big dude suddenly punched Chito in the face for NO REASON, then instantly Chris and the other dude grab [Frank] and try to jump him. There's no doubt in my mind the whole thing was a set up."
Michael then went on to say, "the big dude continued to pound on Chito, while Chris and his other lackey tackled Frank and sent him crashing into a "big fake candle display laced with glass," (makes up for his sliced finger)...adding, "Hence his finger being cut."

But that wasn't the end of the fight, as Michael claims Chris' buddy cornered Frank and pinned him up against a wall "while Chris was trying to beat the living s**t out of [him]." He says Frank fought back--throwing elbows and punches of his own.

And even though he says the events get hazy, but remembers the screaming for everyone to stop, he ended his blog post with, "I don't know what type of demons Chris is facing, but I hope he clears them all and finds a new life rooted in love and light."

Also, Frank will not be pressing any charges against Chris.
