I thought former NFLer Kordell Stewart wanted a peaceful divorce without the media getting involved. But I guess not, because this dude has now given the media a lot of ammo to start a media frenzy!

Anyhow, despite going through a divorce with his wife of two years and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Porsha Stewart, the retired NFL-star is now throwing his soon-to-be ex-wife under the bus, saying she neglected his son and parties excessively, and could possibly be a alcoholic.  

According to TMZ, after Porsha filed her side of the divorce documents, claiming Kordell had been locking her out of their marital home and bringing home another woman, Kordell quickly responded to the allegations.

This is what he had to say:

"I only locked up the home for safety reasons and Porsha was staying out for days at a time and sometimes coming home smelling like alcohol."

He then added:

"Her excessive partying is one of the reasons she's been neglecting my son. And that other woman is not my girls, she's just a NANNY!"

Plus, Kordell is now asking an Atlanta judge to deny Porsha of any spousal support, because she's a celebrity who makes her own money. OUCH!

And, her cast-mate Nene Leakes is saying she's Porsha rock after she was blindsided by the divorce. Porsha had this to say:

“She's really giving me the sisterhood that I need and encouragement. We have a similar past. If it wasn't for her calling me all day and like, making sure I'm good. She's my sister and I love her … Just the entire situation, of course it caught me off guard. It's not easy. It's something that I'm struggling with right now.”

Ain't nothing like sisterly love!
