R&B singer Frank Ocean has reportedly hooked up with rapper Kanye West's rumored ex-boo (reported back in 2011 by HSK) and fashion designer, Ricardo Tisci, earlier this week.

According to a few media outlets, Tisci, who attended the 2013 annual MET Gala held in New York City to watch his floral print dress walk the Red Carpet (worn by Kim Kardasian ofcourse), allegedly left the event with Ocean after he hired the openly gay fashionista to accompany him on his world tour.



Tisci later shared pics (above) of him, Madonna and the 'Channel Orange' hit maker on Instagram with one photo showing a possible night of fun--- with caption, "please don't go...."

I guess he's no longer with french male model, Willie Cartier.
