On Thursday night, celebrity hairstylist for ABC's "The View," Yancey Edwards celebrated his birthday in style held at TAJ II in New York City. The event was hosted by model, Liris Crosse and "Love & Hip Hop: NY" reality star, Tahiry Jose.
The party was a big hit and guests like Rahzel, formerly of "The Roots," Karen Dupiche (Emmy Award Winning make-up artist for "The View"), Michael Vick's wife Kijafa Vick, TV personality Derek J., Christian Balenciaga, who's singer Monica's Make-Up Artist), fashion designer Marco Hall and s2s magazine publisher Jamie Foster Brown all came out to have a good time.

And if your wondering what he's done to earn his celebrity hairstylist badge? Well, Yancey’s extensive training and talent has now catapulted him to the position of Head Stylist for the Daytime Emmy® Award winning talk show, The View. Yancey tailors the delicate tresses of Whoopi Goldberg, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd.
Yancey has already placed his indelible stamp on the hosts while also lending his expertise to guests on the show such as grooming President Barack Obama, Rosario Dawson, Kenny Rogers, Jason Mraz, Stacey Dash, Dancing with the Stars 2012 Finalists and more. And even though he's done more than what I've listed, he's earned that badge if you ask me!
