Solange & Beyonce NO SHOW For Dad Mathew Knowles Wedding + Beyonce, Jay-Z & Blue Ivy Celebrates 4th of July In Style!

Solange & Beyonce Knowles has a new step-mom!

Last week Sunday, their father and Beyonce's former manager, Mathew Knowles, got married to former model Gena Charmaine Avery in Houston Texas., after being engaged for a year and a half.

Mathew's rep told The Associated Press, "Both Mathew Knowles and his fiance 48 year-old Gena Avery (now a realtor) have tied the knot in a private ceremony in Houston."

61 year-old Knowles guided his daughter Beyonce to stardom with the group Destiny's Child and later in her solo career; she released her father as her manager in 2011 after reports about him stealing from her.

Beyonce and Solange's mother Tina Knowles then filed for a divorce from Mathew in 2011 after 31 years of marriage and two children.

Knowles, head of Music World Entertainment, still manages several gospel acts including Grammy-winner Le'Andria Johnson.

Plus, Solange and Beyonce was a no show at the wedding.

On the flip side:

Despite not going to her daddy's wedding, Beyonce went for a spin later that week in a drop top vintage Rolls Royce during the 4th of July holiday. The "Grown Woman" singer upload several pictures on her tumblr page with her hubby Jay-z and baby Blue Ivy Carter.
