FIRST PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian, Kanye & Baby North West Spotted Out For The First Time in L.A!

Reality star Kim Kardashian was spotted at a L.A medical facility on Wednesday, showing her face in public for the first time since giving birth to baby North West in June.




Kim, her baby North, and baby daddy Kanye West was photographed moving through the facility with their baby's nanny..of course. We're guessing this was baby North's first doctor's check up.


Mr. West appeared to be high spirit, even smiling as they walked into the doc's office with no shot of North's face...she was fully covered in a car seat. 






Kim was also wearing a rather figure concealing outfit, a baggy button-down jeans top with another shirt tied around her waist matched with black leggings and boots.
