Legendary soul singer Celine Dion is selling her luxurious Bahamian-inspired Florida mansion. Sure, it's gorgeous and huge, but is it really worth the asking price of $72.5 million?

The famed songstress purchased the coastal plot of a private Floridian island for an estimated cost of $20 million --to help her relax without invasion by paparazzi or crazed fans.

Offering close to six acres of lush Florida land with more than 400 linear feet of waterfront, the property boasts two separate homes plus additional structures and a dizzying list of features, such as:

8 bedroom guesthouse and pool house
5 individual pavilions
4 car tandem garage
on-site salt extracting facilities for irrigation
beach house with second floor sleeping loft and massage room
3 separate pools on the property, including two connecting pools that create a water park complete with geothermal heating.

Superstar amenities include a screening room, game room complete with video and pinball machines, a tennis court and top security.

The mansion was famously built with plenty of drama, because she and her family spend most of their time in Las Vegas, said the Montreal-based real estate broker who has a co-listing on the property.

The Buyer will be neighbors will be Olivia Newton-John, Michael Jordan and Kid Rock. Dion’s home was completed in 2010, a mere three years ago, just around the time of the birth of her twins, Nelson and Eddy.
