Miguel CHARGED With 2-Counts of Drunk Driving Following Recent DUI Arrest!

Singer Miguel has just been charged with 2-counts of drunk driving stemming from his August 15 arrest in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old "Adorn" hit-maker, who performed at Jay Z's Made In America concert this past weekend in Philadelphia, was initially stopped for excessively dark tint on the windows of his 2013 BMW X6, and during the stop, a highway patrol officer suspected the singer had been drinking.
TMZ reports, "Law enforcement sources say Miguel was cooperative during the bust ... and that his blood alcohol level was .10 ... just above the legal limit in California."
Miguel's case is scheduled to go before a judge next week.
