Reality Star Kendra Wilkinson was involved in a head on collision in Calabasas back in April 2013.

28-year-old Wilkinson was later then taken to a nearby hospital -- a couple days after the car accident -- for a CT scan, which revealed she had suffered a minor stroke.

E! News has exclusively learned that the reality star suffered a "minor stroke" during the collision. Doctors made the discovery through CT scans just days after the terrifying ordeal. 

"They told her to take it easy and chill out for a couple of weeks, but she is fine," a source says.
