Miley Cyrus Lights Up on Stage At The 2013 MTV EMAs! [VIDEO]

Last night, Miley Cyrus decided to honor two of hip hop legends at the MTV European Music Awards and lighting up on stage after receiving for EMA award!
The 20-year-old controversial singer, who accepted the award for "Best video" (for Wrecking Ball) thanks to director Terry Richardson, pulled out a joint from her purse and in true Cyrus fashion, she then lit up.
And then this happened:
On the red carpet, Cyrus rocked a mini skirt that read "please stop," a plea to end world violence and featured close-ups of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.
