Last night, actress Jada Pinkett Smith was spotted NOT wearing her wedding band and flying solo at the Make Equality Reality gala in Beverly Hills -- only to add more fuel to the rumors about splitting from her husband, Will Smith back in October.

The beloved Hollywood couple, who has been married for 16 years and have two children (Jaden and Willow), has been plagued with marital woes for the past few years now but is it for real this time?

 They obviously have had a rocky 16 years, but I do believe where there is smoke there is fire. Check out the pics of Jada flying solo and ring free here.
