Youtube Co-Founder Chad Hurley Files Counter-suit Against Kanye West & Kim Kardashian For The Use Of Their Proposal Footage!

After Kim Kardashian and Kanye West filed a lawsuit against billionaire YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley, for posting a video of their engagment online, Chad is now refusing to pay and has filed a countersuit!
Chad claims that no one ever informed him that he wasn't allowed to distribute the footage and that he signed a waiver for the release of his footage without reading it.
According to Chad, he shouldn't be held to the waiver because he was "misled" into signing away his rights.
Chad is actually requesting that the judge throw out the case and make Kim and Kanye pay the legal fees.
