Mommy-to-be Ciara walked the red carpet at last night's Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in a custom made Emilio Pucci gold dress, and showed off her baby bump.

After the show, the R&B singer made her way to the Grammy Awards afterparty to showcase a new track from an upcoming album including her hit song "Body Party" and was escorted to the event by her fiance, Future.

Ciara also did a wardrobe change, rocking an all black ensemble.

And while Ciara is now happy to discuss her pregnancy, she however still wants to keep some things private including the sex of her baby, telling E! News:

"I do know the sex of my baby, but again I want to keep that special as well."'Something like this happens, especially it being my first time, I think it's important i do things on my time. Some people I know may ask me questions about whether the rumor is true and I felt so bad because I told them a story," she explained.

"I even told that to my mum and dad. 'I didn't tell my mom and dad as early as I wanted to because I wanted to see them in person and with my schedule I travel so much so it was hard to really be able to tell them, or everyone how I wanted to."

"Of course my family knows before now,' she commented. 'It was just important to me to share something so special that I do it on my time. Of course you have to get through the first trimester and all those important times so I just wanted to do it right and do it in a way that I felt comfortable."

'I have the cutest video of my mother and father reacting to me sharing my special news with them,' she gushed. 'It's really special so it was really fun.'

As for her plans to get married to Future, Ciara said, "the cool thing is that with my wedding plans we had already planned awhile ago and they happened in perfect order and conjunction to me having my baby so it's perfect."
