RUMOR CONTROL: Apollo Nida Shuts Down Divorce Rumors With Phaedra Parks!

This week, rumors swirled about Phaedra Parks kicking her husband to the curb due to his second felony charges.
Now, the "RHOA" husband, Apollo Nida, took to his Twitter account to shut down the rumors only to tweet, "Never", when asked about the pending divorce.
It was also reported that Apollo's legal problems could send him back to jail.
And as previously reported, the reality star was charged with bank fraud and identity theft after a woman accused him of being the mastermind behind multiple fraudulent schemes.
In addition to his $25,000 bail, Nida is under strict court rules and is required to surrender his passport, report to a probation officer, actively seek employment and refrain from drug and alcohol use.
