‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ Star Stevie J. Served With Subpoena For Unpaid Child Support!

Following the grand opening of his co-owned Sleazy and Zino's Bistro and Bar in Atlanta, "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" reality star Stevie J has been ordered to appear in court on Tuesday (Feb. 25) to face charges of owing over $1 mil in child support.

The producer turned reality star was subpoena by a New York judge to discuss why he failed to pay the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett child support.

 According to the court docket, Stevie J must present income tax returns, employment statements, pay stubs and assets, partnership records and other such measures of verification as the Court determines appropriate rulings.

 Via Radar Online, the 42-year-old owes a staggering $1.28 million in child support and over the course of 14 years, he's only paid Bennett $132,220.30. Also, if Stevie fails to provide the above requested documents the judge will be forced to sentence him to do jail time.
