Miley Cyrus Misses Another Costume Change; Singer Performs In Underwear!

Pop star Miley Cyrus continues to shock concert goers with her revealing costume choices!

Last night, the former Disney's child star turned 'Twerk Queen' missed her wardrobe change again during her Bangerz Tour performance in Milwaukee, but didn't let that stop her as she took the stage to perform "23" wearing a bra and underwear.

Um, okay!

After the performance, Cyrus took to Twitter to explain to her fans what happened. She admitted that for the first time, she couldn't complete her costume change quickly enough and had to run out onstage in her undies because her next song was about to play.


Is Miley pushing the envelope too far?
