Not Engaged! "Basketball Wives: LA" Star Draya Michele Gets Sideline Status; Orlando NOT READY For A Wifey?!

Since VH1 producers released the supertrailer of "Basketball Wives: LA" season 3 last month, the clip quickly sparked an engagement rumor after the trailer previewed a much softer side of reality star Draya Michele and her new Dallas Cowboy cornerback beau, Orlando Scandrick, celebrating their (six) month anniversary.

During their steamy makeout scene, Draya -- who was dressed in a very revealing black lingerie -- and Scandrick (town h*e) kissed and tossed to being in love and one day walking down the aisle.

The player then decided to surprise his main chick by pulling out a red 'ring' box...perhaps planning to propose to the reality star [aka Miami]?

SPOILER ALERT: Well, GWL now has the exclusive on how that turned out and what was really in the little red box!

On the upcoming new episode of "Basketball Wives: LA" (airing tonight on VH1), Orlando's alleged proposal turns out to be a gift box containing a pair of small diamond earrings. A seemingly disappointed Draya, admitted that she was actually hoping for an engagement ring.

Orlando reassured the "Basketball Wives" star that "he eventually want to get married one day, but he's only 26-years-old," and is just not yet ready to make such a commitment.

And while Draya has often been labeled as promiscuous by her many co-stars and is continuously harassed over her past life as an exotic dancer, she's now put the past behind her and looks forward to spending time with Orlando and their extended family.

Last week, Draya spoke to Entertainment Tonight about about her blossoming love story on the show by saying, "I think that people will see a different side of me.. A nice, softer side."

As for her co-stars (Jackie Christie, Brittish Williams, Ariane Williams, Brandi Maxiell and Sundy Carter), the Fine A$$ Girls boss lady adds:

"They're not girls that I would ever hangout with in regular life," Draya said. "I didn't take time to get to know them. Based off of first impressions, I was kind of over it."
Regardless of her discrepancies with the show's newbies, Draya still has no regrets about signing on to do another season:
"I'm more thankful that I got the opportunity to do it," said Draya. "I think that Basketball Wives was a great platform for me to have an audience to show them whatever it is I wanted to show them ... The drama just came along with it."
"Since the show, I cut my nails down, just in case," she said while noting, "they're still long enough to claw somebody's eyes out."
