Tamar Braxton 'ALLEGEDLY' Rips Off A Songwriter's Track

Tamar Braxton may be about 'values' but when it comes to music, it's every songwriter for its own...even if that means ripping off another writer's track and vocals!

The Grammy-nominated singer and reality star is currently facing some legal trouble after a songwriter named Emmi Kozulin filed a copyright lawsuit against Braxton, earlier this week.

In the filed suit, Kozulin claims she co-wrote the track, "One on One Fun," with the assistance of a fellow writer named Angela Hunte.

According to TMZ, Kozulin allegedly recorded a version of the song before giving it to Tamar to use on her album "Love & War." Apparently, Tamar's version of the song features Kozulin’s voice, so Kozulin is suing for 50% of the royalties and damages.

The gossip site reached out to Ta-Ta's rep, who responded with; "This matter has nothing to do Tamar."
