Dj Mister Cee took to his New York radio show on Hot 97 this afternoon to resign, after new reports surfaced 'alleging' that he solicited a male cross-dresser for sex. The legendary DJ has worked with rappers like Big Daddy Kane and Notorious B.I.G. among others. A part time crossdresser/drag queen by the name of Bimbo Winehouse has posted a video, that is making its way around the internet, and shows Mister Cee offering him $100 for sex. Of course, this isn't the first time Mister Cee has found himself in the middle of a pay for gay sex scandal. Back in April of 2011, Mister Cee was arrested when he was caught receiving oral sex from a twenty year old man in New York. The year before that, he was arrested for a similar incident.
