Baby Blue Ivy: "I can breathe now, Paparrazzi's you better snap me now, because soon i'll be hot like my mama when im able to walk" :). Anyhow It was really nice out in ny City of New York and Beyonce even let Blue Ivy breathe. Wearing a blazer, comfortable loafers with Baby Blue secured in a baby carrier, Beyonce was spotted with her mama Tina Knowles.
I know Blue Ivy was tired of being under that blanket..
