I just bought the song on ITUNES. Got to support Trina. Love it...it's hot!
ReplyDeleteLOL...She honestly has a Maryland accent, it is kind of hybrid...she sounds very eastern shore-esque it's like a mix of a British Accent (from colonial times) with a southern drawl. Once my friends started watching the show, I got picked on even more for mine. It is all about how we pronounce our "O's" like "ue's - like saying hue"....Baldamuer or Bawlmer (baltimore)..Out (ouet), Boat (buet)....Hope (huep)...Loop (luep)...Toni sounds the most like her, but Trina's is more distinct.

ReplyDeleteI think the song sounds good, the effects and music is good, and her voice doesn't sound bad at all, I'm not hearing this accent everybody is talking about though.
