"Voice of Elmo" retired star Kevin Clash has been slapped with another lawsuit by a forth accuser who claims he also had a sexual relationship with Clash while he was a minor.
According to TMZ, the accuser, who filed the lawsuit in federal court in New York under the name John Doe, claims he first met Clash (in his mid 30's) in Miami Beach in 1995 or 1996 when he was around 16 or 17.
Doe Claims clash eventually flew him out to New York City and gave him money and a place to say. During the trip, Doe claims the two had sex on multiple occasions.
According to the lawsuit, the victim also claims he's suffered tremendous emotional, mental and psychological damage as a result of the relationship.
Okay, I don't want to sound insensitive but are you kidding me?? He knew how to take a plane to go see a guy who he knew wanted to get in his pants. smh. I can't stand thirsty individuals.
John's attorney, Jeff Herman, tells Tmz, "According to our lawsuit, Kevin Clash knowingly paid to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of satisfying his sexual interests."
Of Clash's 4 accusers, only 3 have filed lawsuits. The first accuser struck a settlement with Clash and agreed not to pursue litigation.
Plus, one of Kevin's ex-boyfriend has so far defended him and calls him the "Hugh Hefner of Men, who likes younger boys."
