On Tuesday night, Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane turned himself into the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia after a warrant was sent out for his arrest for assaulting a soldier at the Harlem nightclubs on Courtland Street.
According to AJC, the "Spring Breakers" star, whose real name is Radric Davis and videoed doing a porn scene earlier this month, was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon.
This morning, the rapper faced a magistrate at 11 p.m. for his first appearance.
Plus, the victim, who was hit in the head with a Champagne bottle after he asked to take a photo with the rapper, was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital and received 10 stitches as a result of the incident.
