Kim Kardashian is officially a single woman, (well not really since she's pregnant by rapper Kanye West) ... after a Los Angeles judge dissolved her marriage to Brooklyn Nets baller Kris Humphries yesterday.

According to reports, Kris, who was hoping for a big $7 million paycheck, walked away empty handed and each party was ordered to pay their own attorney's fees.

This was a big win for Kim and her lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, especially since the judge said to Kim, "Congratulations on your dissolution." 

Plus, the judge was going to slap Kris with a financial penalty for being a no-show at last week's hearing, but Kim asked the court to drop it.

And if you think Kim had learned her lesson from two failed marriages, well think again, because the reality star's boyfriend is now prep'n to put a ring on it, according to an insider.

"Kanye is happy that Kim has finally closed the Humphries chapter of her life and is fully committed to starting a new one with mother of his unborn child without the extra baggage.

The snitch then adds:

"They both love each other and hoping to one day walk down that aisle."

Well, maybe three times the charm!
