Rapper 50 Cent appeared in court this morning to plead not guilty to the domestic violence charges he faces stemming from an incident with one of his baby mama's, Daphne Joy.  50 allegedly kicked Daphne and destroyed her furniture and property back on June 23rd.

50 denied the allegations, early in July, through his lawyer Scott Leemon:

"It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest," said Leemon. "We have been in contact with the L.A. City Attorney's Office and are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations. Out of respect for the legal process, we will not be commenting any further at this time." 

The judge ordered 50 to stay away from and not attempt to contact her.  He also ordered him to turn in all of his firearms to local authorities within 24 hours.

If 50 is convicted of the charges he could face up to $46,000 in fines and up to five years in prison.
