Chris Brown ARRESTED In DC For Felony Assault... Singer Faces 4 Years In Prison!

This morning, R&B singer Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C for FELONY assault after 'allegedly' attacking a man outside his hotel.
According to reports, around 4:30AM on Sunday Brown got into an heated argument with a unidentified man outsite the W Hotel at 15th and K and allegedly began punching him.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ: "Brown did not appear to be under the influence at the time of the incident." The singer, who is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case, is currently in custody and as for the other person, he's being evaluated at a D.C hospital.
This incident could violate his probation -- which means he could be sentenced to nearly 4 years in prison ... worst case scenario for him.
