EXCLUSIVE: "Love & Hip Hop: NY" Tahiry Jose Turns Down Joe Budden's Proposal; "He's Just Not Ready For A Commitment"

On the new episode of "Love & Hip Hop: NY" airing tonight on VH1, fans have been eagerly awaiting to see if model and reality star Tahiry Jose, who was filmed in the middle of Times Square -- surrounded by hundreds of people, would say "yes or no" to her ex-boo thang Joe Budden's marriage proposal.
Joe had previously admitted to his father on last week's episode that he was ready to take his estranged relationship with Tahiry to the next level and even went ring shopping. He also invited Tahiry's sister for support.
But on the night of the proposal, Joe was steady on one knee begging Tahiry to marry to him and the answer Joe was actually looking for he however didn't received, instead Jose turned down his marriage proposal in-front of friends and family.
An insider exclusively told us that Tahiry felt like it wasn't the right time for them to be together, because Joe hasn't changed his ways and the constant female interactions was the main reason for her to say "no". Ouch!
