Justin Bieber Gets ARRESTED for DUI Drag Racing and Resisting Arrest in Miami [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

This morning, pop superstar Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI and it wasn't pretty as cops say Justin was wasted, failing a field sobriety test and cursed out the arresting officers while resisting arrest.


19-year-old Bieber, who was photographed smiling in a orange jumpsuit during his mugshot line-up, had a heavy night of partying with Chantel Jeffries at SET nightclub, and shortly after, did a "fast and furious" drag race against a Def Jam's rapper named Khalil in the streets of Miami.


The duo reportedly roped off a residential street -- without police permission -- to host their drag race and Justin was believed to be under the influence of both drugs and alcohol while driving on an expired license.

 According to reports, the singer blew a .04. that would not automatically make him a drunk driver -- IF he were 21 or older. But Florida however has a zero tolerance for underage drinkers who drive. A BAC higher than .02. is a ground for an automatic license suspension.

 Officials also held a press conference and said the star "made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

 According to the police report, cops approached Bieber's car and they instantly realized he reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He said to the cops around 4 a.m., Thursday, "What the f-ck did I do? Why did you stop me?"

 The report says Justin was driving between 55 and 60 MPH in his yellow Lamborghini in a 30 MPH residential area. Wow, this is just a PR nightmare!
