First it was Barney's New York. Now, this time it's retail giant Macy's New York.
Actor Robert Brown, best known for his role on HBO hit series "Treme," is suing Macy's New York on 34th St following his arrest after the store falsely accused him of credit card fraud back in June.
Apparently Young Money rapper Drake is demanding that the pharmacy store, Walgreens, and department store, Macy's, pay up for using a quite common expression, that Drake claims to have trademarked himself, "YOLO" (You Only Live Once).
