First, Nicki Minaj & David Guetta opened the 2011 American Music Awards performing a medley of "Turn Me On/Super Bass."
And she rocked a mechanical outfit..

The pink haired rapper fittingly changed into a ball gown with a green drapey skirt and black lace bodice and picked up awards for "Favorite Hip Hop Artist" and "Favorite Hip Hop Album."
In the audience, she was spotted puckering up with her admirers Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.
