Chris Brown TAKES IT TO THE HOOD, Surprises Fans in Harlem! [PHOTOS]

Despite staying mum about his special surprise for fans on May 15th, R&B singer Chris Brown, whose currently in New York City promoting his album X, dropped by the HOOD at 136st Amsterdam in Harlem to surprise his many fans and play some basketball.

And despite calling it quits with girlfriend, Rihanna, Brown was all smiles while shooting a few hoops on the court. The "Don't Judge Me" singer even took to his Twitter account to say, "went back to my hood today! #136th Amsterdam ()Harlem."
