2013 FORBES POWER LIST: Beyonce, Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga & Madonna Tops Forbes Most 100 Powerful Celebrities List!

The Annual Forbes Magazine Celebrity list is finally out and has ranked the 2013 "100 Most Powerful Celebrities" in the world.
According to the Magazine, "the list is constructed by celebrity earnings over the last 12 months.. how often each celebrity is mentioned in print and on TV, and the strength of their internet presence and how they're viewed by a critical constituency: American consumers."
The top celebrities to come out on top were Oprah Winfrey (#1), Lady Gaga, who has been laying low under radar, snagged the #2 spot, movie producer Steven Spielberg bailing without a budget at #3, Beyonce, who's currently still on tour and gaining a lot of rave reviews for her "Mrs. Carter World Tour" sits happily at #4 and Madonna takes the #5 spot.

And even though many fans were hoping pop star Rihanna would have snag a spot in the Top 10 or 5 spot, the singer was able to stay steady at number 13 on the list. I guess, the singer wasn't able to bounce back from her bag girl outbreaks and raunchy behavior in the media.
