Back to the story... During the Mega Fest in Dallas this past weekend, actor, writer, director and TV producer Tyler Perry decided to take the podium to give a few words of wisdom and then to lay hands on Bishop T.D Jakes after donating $1 million to the church.
“Sometimes, you spend too much time worried about your haters. You spend too much time worrying about people talking about you. But what you need to understand is that the Bible says, in order for you to be blessed, your haters have to be present,” he said.
“How do I know that?” he asked while proceeding to answer his own question. Quoting from the popular passage Psalm 23:5. “The book of Psalms says that He prepareth a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”
“So, in order for me to eat they have to be present. So, God bless you Bishop. I pray right now, that you will continue to do everything you’re doing. I pray His anointing will stay upon you,” Perry shouted
“I’ve been a giver all of my life,” and “I know what it is to have people sown into me”
“I’ve just been touched to give $1 million,” Tyler Perry said in the Sunday morning service. “God I don’t know what you’re doing but I heard your voice."Seems like something Madea would say!... Watch Tyler unleashing the holy ghost on Jakes below:
Perry then drew screams of approval from the audience as he began speaking in tongues and said, "When you hear the voice of God, you move.” His impromptu sermon ended with him laying his hands on Bishop Jakes saying, "I pray the Blood of Jesus will come upon you right now.”
According to TattleTailzz, "Jakes' son was recently arrested for masturbating in a park." I guess Tyler needs to lay his hands on him too.

ReplyDelete"holy ghost" to where they fall on the floor etc? They STH with a grin & said nooo. As if people just pretend? as I've always assumed it was.. Because a Paster tried putting hands on my forehead preaching with a shove hoping I'd go along and fall on the floor lmao? It was more scary then a beautiful experience.
