Welp, another Hollywood marriage bites the dust.

A third time isn't always the charm, well, in Halle Berry's world that is. The 50-year-old actress is officially a single woman...again... after her divorce to now ex-husband, Olivier Martinez have been finalized by a California judge.

Via TMZ:

[The former couple cited in their divorce petition, "irreconcilable differences."] Both Berry and Martinez will share physical and legal custody of their 3-year-old son, Maceo.

Us Weekly also reports that "things were extremely bitter between the former husband and wife as the marriage went on and in the end,”of their relationship at the time.

“Finally they both tried to file against each other. It was always like that, very heated and a lot of competition and battling between them. Two extreme tempers and people that love to fight.” 

The exes also released a joint statement about their divorce last year: "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce." “We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son.”

It looks like the TIP Empire has fallen apart.

Keshia Knight Pulliam is responding to her soon-to-be ex-husband Ed Hartwell's divorce filing and paternity test demand just two days after he filed for a divorce in a Fulton-County court house.

Pulliam, who is just a few weeks pregnant, says she is mentally prepared to take a paternity test to prove that Ed is the father of her baby, and source close to the ex-NFL linebacker adds, "[he] has no proof of her cheating."

Ed reportedly had concerns about the "timing of the pregnancy and Pulliam's announcement on Instagram," which forced him to separate from his wife of seven months.

Not surprisingly, the 37-year-old "Cosby Show" actress is angry that Hartwell filed divorce papers, sources told TMZ. She's also 100 percent secure in the fact that she was faithful to Hartwell and has indicated she's willing to work things out but there's not signs of reconciliation, especially given her husband's actions.

The source added, "What kind of man files for divorce from his pregnant wife?"

DID YOU KNOW: The couple tied the knot on New Year's Eve in what Pulliam described as her "dream" wedding -- surprise nuptials surrounded by friends and family in the living room of their home. "It was my dream," Pulliam said. "We invited people. They had no clue they were coming to a wedding. They thought they were coming to New Year's party."

Word on the street is that Phaedra Parks isn't prepared to sit around and wait for her husband, Apollo Nida's prison release (after he turns himself in that is).

Apollo was recently sentenced to serve the maximum eight-years in prison for identity theft and bank fraud. And in fact, Apollo is predicting that his wife might file for a divorce while he's in prison.

The married couple recently hit a rough patch after Nida was first arrested in January and pled guilty in May. In a recent interview with Atlanta's B100 radio station, the reality star was asked if he thought his marriage to Parks, 41, would make it through his time in prison. He simply responded with; "I doubt it."

Nida then went on to criticize Parks for not supporting him throughout his trial. "I mean, my wife didn't even f--king show up for my sentencing," he said. "I'm still salty about that."
