Last month, a judge granted Karrueche Tran's petition for a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend and musician, Chris Brown, after he threatened to kill her via social media.

Tran, who quickly filed the legal docs citing "she feared for her life," was granted a temporary stay order that required Brown to stay 100 yards away from her and family. Now, the bitter exes are gearing up to face off in court on Thursday, TMZ reported.

According to sources, Tran is asking a California judge to make that temporary order permanent, citing her ex-boyfriend, 27, has violent tendencies. In the legal docs, Tran admits that the singer "assaulted her several years ago, reportedly saying Chris ‘punched me in my stomach twice’ and even pushed me down the stairs"

Brown is also the subject of a second restraining order from Tran’s bestfriend, J.Ryan La Cour, – who filed a separate petition claiming that "[Chris] had behaved aggressively towards him earlier this year."

The aspiring model and actress, 28, threatens if Brown should ever breach the order -- he will have to serve some jail time.

The former couple officially split back in 2015 after Kar found out Brown had a secret love child with someone else.

Selena Gomez have confirmed her new relationship with The Weeknd via Instagram. Gomez, who once dated famous pop star Justin Bieber, have reportedly been dating the Weeknd for quite some time now and felt the need to go public early Monday morning.

Gomez shared her first social media post featuring her new man in a black-and-white clip, which has since been deleted from the starlet's page. In the clip, featured the "Starboy" singer -- whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye -- sitting on a river boat wearing a camo hoodie and shades as the pair cruise through the water in Venice, Italy.

Just weeks before Donald Trump's inauguration in Washington, DC., the President-Elect is already pissing off African Americans.

“The African American community was great to us. If they had any doubt, they didn’t vote,” Trump said. “And that was almost as good. Because a bunch of people didn’t show up, because they felt good about me.”

On Thursday night, 70-year-old Trump then spoke at another rally in Hershey, Pennsylvania, calling for the mostly white crowd to cheer for African-Americans who were “smart” enough to heed his message and therefore “didn’t come out to vote” for his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.

Mariah Carey may have problems keeping a man, but the girl really fights to keep an in-shape physique despite whatever body-shamers may have say about her weight.

During an interview with E! News, the 46-year-old singer, who wore a low-cut camouflage ensemble, told the host her diet is pretty strict and consist of only two foods each day.

“All I eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day,” says Carey. “That’s it!” “It’s really hard." "My diet … you would hate it.”

But her diet may not be that strict, Carey does say she definitely watches what she eats and will let herself go around the holidays. “I try to stick with the proteins,” she says. “It’s the worst.”

The mother of 5-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan Cannon, previously told Shape magazine: “today my workout routine is more about getting and staying toned,” she said at the time. “And for me, that means either taking hour-long walks a few times a week or jumping in the pool three or four days a week to do 45 minutes of aquatic exercises.”

In a heartbreaking discussion, "Charmed" star Shannen Doherty breaks down as she opens up about her battle with breast cancer.

Doherty, 45, was reportedly diagnosed with breast cancer after she found a lump in her breast back in March of this year. She revealed her illness six months later in a preview for Monday's Entertainment Tonight as she spoke candidly about the painful experience.

"It's hard," she says at the start of the clip. "I started thinking that I wasn't going to live ... I don't look past today," Doherty said.

In her one-on-one interview, the 26-year-old revealed details about her on-again, off-again relationship with film producer Alicia Cargile in an interview in Elle UK’s September issue.

“Right now I’m just really in love with my girlfriend,” Stewart told the magazine. “We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together, and this time I was like, ‘Finally, I can feel again.’” 

She continued:

 “When I was dating a guy I was hiding everything that I did because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialized, so I didn’t like it,” she explained. “We were turned into these characters and placed into this ridiculous comic book, and I was like, ‘That’s mine. Budden, who seems to be on everyone’s hit list, fired shots a the Philly-native on Twitter saying "f--k Meek" and “I have issues when celebs throw stones & hide behind fans.”

According to Vibe Magazine, the “Dreams and Nightmares” rapper have since denied his intentions to ever release a diss track about Budden, just days after he posted a video containing a snippet of the song that clearly calls out the Slaughterhouse rapper by name.

“N***as say that we beefing, probably ain’t gonna see ‘em/I’m just pushing the buttons/Buddens on ‘em and they gon’ leave ‘em,” Meek raps.

For the past few weeks, there have been online reports about the cast of VH1's "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" getting axed due to low ratings.

Now, the show's cast member and reality star Mimi Faust is the first to speak out about her co-stars getting the ax. During an interview with Radio-TV, Faust told the show's host that "people have been calling [her] all day about it", adding, if the rumors were to be true, "it would not be a smart business move for Vh1 and its producers to fire the entire cast of a popular show [we] made popular."

To summarize the rumors, Faust calls it a "big lie."

Mimi also took the time to answer a question about her relationship with costar and soon-to-be first time mom Joseline Hernandez, only to say: "I'm not here for her. [Joseline] is Satan's spawn." Ouch!

Brown's former ex-girlfriend is making moves! Aspiring model and business woman, Karrueche Tran has landed herself a role on BET's upcoming original movie, "Only 4 One Night".

The show's producers, whom have paired the model with actor Brian White, says the movie is about a two individuals learning blood isn’t always thicker than water. Seeing this as a way of stepping out of her comfort zone, Karrueche said that she "didn’t grow up wanting to be an actress, it’s something that fell into her lap."

She continued:

"I was at a point in my life where I was trying to figure out my next move. I wanted to focus on myself and I began working with my manager and he brought forth this acting opportunity. And I really didn’t know what to do. I’m shy sometimes and I didn’t think I could do it. But then I weighed out all my options and I decided to take a small role in a film and from there it sparked my interest."

Kar also revealed that she was a little intimidated by her fellow co-stars, only because they had more acting experience than she did.

"It’s not easy at all and it’s rough for me because my peers, other actors, have been doing it since they were like two! They have so much more experience than I do. It’s hard but it pushes me to work harder and work with my acting coach to get better every day."

But with her eye on owning the role, Kar says:

[I] think people are starting to see me for me and who I am, as opposed to social media and all the BS and extra stuff. The more I keep working, the more that’ll all be exed out.

The show also stars Omar Gooding and Angelique Pereira. Karrueche plays wife to William who seems to have the perfect life until she welcomed her sister (Caroline) into her home. A little predictable, Caroline falls in love with sister's husband and drugs him to advantage of him. Putting family aside, Kar decides to take revenge.... almost killing her sister.

It looks like Ciara's ex-fiance and son's father, Future, refuses to let her live in peaceful harmony after he reportedly posted two football emojis with three gun emojis on Instagram with several news sites claiming the rapper made threats at the songstress and her new beau, Russell Wilson.

According to TMZ, Future have repeatedly denied posting the emojis during an interview with the Breakfast Club.

“Nah, I didn’t do that,” he told the radio hosts. “They thought I did that. [Seeing him with my kid,] it will make you feel a way but not to the point where I’m putting emojis on a Facebook. It was a fake Facebook page. They put it on media. She even though it was real! She got lawyers start calling about that. It got serious for something I wouldn’t even do.”

The site added that Ciara also mentioned the hook to Future’s song “Juice,” that seemed to be referencing Wilson:

“Tryna (expletive) my baby mama, dog what’s up with you? You gon’ make me get that heat, I’m pulling up on you.”

In the filed court docs obtained by TMZ, Ciara claimed that Future’s threats are “frightening” and “socially irresponsible … where there has been a recent rash of gun violence.”

Whether any of the threats are real or not, one things for sure is that Future will not be rooting for the Seahawks this season.

Ciara is spilling some intimidate details about her relationship with Russell Wilson, where the singer says she’s somewhat sexually frustrated but Wilson continues to assure her it’s better to “abstain from sex until marriage.”

In a new interview with Cosmpolitan, Ciara shares an update on the couple’s commitment to abstain from sex for religious reasons.
